Return Process

Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
